Not for profitThe Not for Profit Sector (NFP) has faced ever-increasing and significant challenges since the financial crisis of 2008, and the latest government pronouncements leave little room for optimism as we head into 2012. Cuts to statutory funding and policy shifts are requiring new ways of working, new sector relationships and new skill sets; and the increasingly difficult task of gaining funding from the commercial sector, means that income will be sorely limited. Successful organisations will need to demonstrate innovative leadership and value for money. Our focus in on working with organisations to ensure their operational processes support their organisational goals, both through meeting their beneficial aims and providing cost-effective support. We also work with NFPs who need documented procedures, including Data Protection and Business Continuity plans and procedures. Our contribution includes working with one NFP to dramatically improve their ecommerce travel insurance policy, thereby directly improving income. • Dramatically improving ecommerce travel insurance sales |
